Please read these terms carefully. By booking a treatment or using our website you agree to them.

1. Services

Dripology provides IV vitamin therapy, injections, health testing and wellness consultations. All treatments are subject to a clinical suitability assessment.

2. Bookings & cancellations

Appointments can be made online, in person or by phone. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

3. Pricing

Prices are as displayed and are reviewed periodically. The price at the time of your treatment is the price that applies to your booking.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at the point of treatment unless otherwise agreed. We accept card and contactless payments.

5. Clinical decisions

Our qualified team reserves the right to decline, defer or modify any treatment where it is not considered clinically appropriate.

6. Liability

Dripology's liability is limited to the value of the treatment provided, subject to your statutory consumer rights. Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Website use

The website is provided for information. We aim to keep content accurate but cannot guarantee it is free from error.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
